Default Appointed as Assistant Manager IT-SOFTWARE at SUPARCO.
Assalam u allekum everyone
Alhamdulillah I've been appointed as assistant manager IT-SOFTWARE at SUPARCO. the process started in April with test and have recently received the offer and appointment letter. If anybody has any questions regarding the test, interview, process, security clearance (specially for those who are not from karachi) and any other thing related to the induction process, feel free to ask.

I'm applying for the same post in Lahore. Can you please share your test and interview experience? What kind of questions were asked in the test and subsequently, in the interview?

Default security Clearance
How many agencies have contacted and visited you?
And another thing that does this security clearance vary candidate to candidate some are contacted and visited on very short period of time and some aren't ?
And have you been contacted regularly or was there any gap of time in which you weren't contacted by agencies for quite some time and your friends were?

Test was mostly from c++ and java. And fortunately there was no negative marking. The test was easy that is the reason competition was tough. This was my second attempt.

Interview was mostly related to software engineering

Sorry bro for late reply. Was bit busy

2 agencies contacted me and visited me. And security clearance vary on the basis of cities. If you are from interior security will take more time.

There was a gap when they contacted me

First of All congratulations bro May Allah Gives you more success , I have a question that do they consider freshers if they have skills as i am a fresher having only internship experience at IT/MIS dept in SNGPL. I applied as AM IT(Software) last date November 5th received test letter/Roll No Slip

Post got the test letter of assistant manager,admin
kindly tell me the pattern of test question and interviews question ,
and job timings , posting etc
