I also attempted on the same topic. I structured 2 full pages of comprehensive outline along with 13.5 pages of detailed essay. However I am not satisfied with the quality of contents I produced. Focus of writing was on flaws in taxation system in Pakistan and reforms needed to promote tax culture in the country. After introduction I also added a paragraph on importance of taxation in shaping economy of a nation...

I am astonished to hear 2 full pages of outline... had you written that by skipping one line on the page or line by line...?
I had written around 12 points outline with further 8 pages containing whole essay. I had written around 150 words per page... Your content seems to the point which is exactly needed in an Essay, I guess.

Actually during preparation I had outlined two topics on tax, I.e reforms in the taxation system of pakistan and promotion of tax culture in pakistan. I took data from these topics and incorporated it in the exam....Rest Allah knows better

And you are right, topic was revolving around 10 to 12 major points, I added some sub points to comprehend my outline.
