First It is a source of motivation, as well as a reward for useful posts like above, I do not ask rep for discussion posts , but posts like above do deserve some form of recognition, don't you think.
Also Last Island Can you point any mistake in answers above, as I have some doubts in them , specially where I put a Question mark, as it will help in future preparations.

This is called Reputation System Abuse. You cannot ask or request members for reputation points. Besides, members cannot give points to all of your posts. This is not how it works. Before giving you some points again, they have to spread some points to other members too. Focus on positive and healthy contribution.

Moreover, I have also seen you posting useless replies in Jobs and Scholarships thread like "Not interested", "Not eligible". You need not to comment if you are not interested in those jobs.

Last Islander One thing I want to ask you.
Can you modify the css forum website so that a few more features can be included, like a icon over a post to mark it as read, once a person read clearly that post. It will help a lot , to seperate unread type posts, or new posts in a thread.
Plus a button on a thread to subscribe it.

Once you read a post, it is marked as read automatically.
