Good. Have anybody contacted recently to FPSC. I have made a call last month and they replied that it's I. Finalization phase. And it will be announced at the end of Feb 2019. But still no list.

It means that The process is in Active phase. And now the are going to finalize this case. Or we have to wait for the 4th notice again 1 more year :P
