Proof of Computer literacy up to the level of MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel

Following documents are required to be submitted to Fpsc for further shortlisting of preventive officers F.4-81/2015-R.

i) Bio-data form duly signed and filled-in completely (Already
enclosed/attached with notice issued by Post/ Email)
ii) Two Photographs.
iii) Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
iv) Matric (showing date of birth) & Intermediate Certificates issued by Secretary,
BISE.
v) Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with
Economic, Commerce, Statistics, Accounting, Computer Science, Law,
Pharmacy, Chemistry or Physics as one of the subjects OR B.Sc. Engineering
in any specialty alongwith Result Cards/ Transcripts/DMCs etc. showing
Grade/ Division and exact date of declaration of results and above degrees (if
any).
vi) Proof of Computer literacy up to the level of MS Word, MS Power Point and
MS Excel.
vii) Proof of Minimum Physical Standard issued by Authorized Medical Authority
of Tehsil/District Headquarters Hospital clearly showing the height & chest
measurement in feet & inches.
viii) Self Domicile Certificate (SDC).
ix) In case of Govt. Servant, Original Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC)
complete in all respects issued by an authorized officer of the controlling
department.
x) Equivalence Certificate from HEC/ Competent forum, in case of possessing
the degree other than the advertised one.
xi) Experience Certificate if any

Please guide what we need to submit as a Proof of Computer literacy up to the level of MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel?

Yes, but from where to get it? The time is too short to do any certificate course. So, what you suggest?
Although, I have been using computer for past 20 years but i never had any such certificate because i never need that. So, what can be done now?

FPSC has asked me to give
"Proof of Computer literacy up to the level of MS Word, MS Power Point and
MS Excel.". I have been using computer for many years but don't have any such certificate,what should I do?

Also,
?DHQ is the medical authority which will give me certificate of physical standard
