Default F4-16/2019 Appraising /valuation officer interview preparation
I'm shortlisted for interview of F4-16/2019. All seniors please share your interview experience / guidelines. As I am already serving in Punjab police as Sub inspector what should be my answer to the question of why do you want to switch from your current department to FBR.
Suggestions / guidelines will be highly appreciated.
All shortlisted candidates report here please.

Appraising officer is in grade 16, very simple answer is that you are going in upper grade
