we are not having a personal war out here. I just asked a simple question why were u giving contradicting statements, simple! u could have answered politely too. anyways. relax take a chill pill.

I think thats not we who create confusions by contradicting statements but that is OPF herself. Because I think they give different kinds of replies to different callers. As when I call OPF the Joint Director Personnel says that the committees are still compiling the result and as soon as finalized the selected candidates only will be informed.
It is possible that some of the candidates might be called for 2nd interview as it is the trend in ISSB for Armed Forces.
Moreover because of political conflict there may be any dispute. This is the curse of democracy that the departments are always under the pressure of ministers especially in selection and recruitment.
When I appeared in interview at Lahore, an employee of OPF said that the selection will be made if you'll approach the minister through his party for the selection. But when I was interviewed I asked a question regarding the same from interview committee, and they replied me that they will make selection purely on merit. So it is possible that there may be any conflict between the minister and OPF administration.

I have called today OPF, the JD(Pers.) told me that the result is still pending as the Employees Union of OPF has taken a stay against the result. and Hopefully it will be announced after 2 weeks after the decision of Court.

I saw this thread first time ,quite alot of activity is going on here ...which is good ....I also appeared in the interview of assistant director welfare on 30 dec 2009 at karachi center . Almost two week back ,i also made a phone call to OPF,Islamabad about the result and they told me that committe is handling the matter of the result .
Please help me explain how court stay is related to the result of interviews.
I am anxiously waiting for the result.

Actually there is a conflict going on between the minister and the OPF management. An internal war kind of a thing. but probably the matter will be resolved soon and the result will be announced. Everyone is eagerly waiting. I hope our efforts bear fruit. Ameen.

well, i called them today and some one on the seat of mr.hafiz saed told me that the procedure of assistant director welfare result has completed and they have issued the letter .I forgot to ask abt when they issued the letter......
