character certificates for section officer exam

can anybody tell me. from where we can get three character certificates one i have from my university,what about the remaining two. because they require three certificates. waiting for reply.

from college, school you attended (university, college, school, that shall make three character certificates already ), a gazetted officer (ie an BS-17 or higher grade officer serving in federal or provincial government) can also give you character certificate, so if you can have 2 officers signing your character certificates, that should be 2 certificates+1 from university=3 total , if you want to make it real tough than you can also have your character certificates signed from the police station, union council office of the area where you live, notary public etc etc etc... The basic requirement is someone prominent verifies that you bear a good moral character , thats all

brother its mean that i may only submit my school , college and university certificates?

urdu main samjhata hun, kisi bhi stationary store pe aap ko pre printed character certificate mil jaayen ge, un main apna naam waghera likh ke signature kee jaga pe kisi officer yaa prominent person kaa signature karwayen aur stamp bhi lagwayen, character certificate tayar ho jaaye gaa... yaa to phir apne school, college aur university waloon se kahen ke woh aap ko character certificate bana ke den...

Dear its simple,
1 certificate should be from your last attended educational institutes, and other two certificates can be obtained from any officer of BPS 17, whether he/she is from your college or from any other department. Don't be confused

Is it possible that i get 3 character certificates from Grade 17 officers. My university education was abroad, so its going to be a bit tough for me to get a character certificate from there.
