Air Traffic Controller :

The most exciting and challenging profession

Air Traffic Controllers are professionals who provide air traffic services for the safe, efficient, and orderly flow of air traffic, both in the air and on the ground at an airport. They work at one of PCAA’s 36 air traffic towers or 02 Area Control Centers.

If you're interested in working for an organization that values teamwork, innovation and excellence, then consider a career with Civil Aviation Authority Pakistan as an Assisstant Air Trafic control Officer (Pay Group-7).

No aviation-related experience or knowledge is required. We provide all the training you need for a successful career. We offer a competitive compensation package, and plenty of on-the-job variety.

Default @Iftikhar

I had given the previous test conducted by NTS for the post of AATCO and got 45 marks. The Test conducted by NTS was really a challenging task for the candidates and only a few hundreds of thousands candidates got 40 or above 40 marks, the average was 20, 15 and 25 marks. Even though, i could not be shortlisted for the Interview after securing 45 marks as the CAA made tough criteria of 50 marks.

The test conducted by NTS included Geography, English, Arithmetics, Psychology, General Knowledge and Case Studies.....

I am also candidate for the post of AATCO this year and i know these 2 seats are like a drop in the ocean, but i do hope will clear the test with flying colours as i know the standard of NTS Test now.
Wish you best of luck

Default NTS Test pattern

Friends sorry i forgot onething to add and that is Departmental questions, the test also included Civil Aviation questions regarding the rules and principles.
The test was objective and i think there were total 100 questions. The time to complete 100 questions was 1 and half hours.
English section, Geography, Arithmetics, General Knowledge, Psychology, Case Studies.

English section included Vocabulary (very tough ), Correction and Errors.
Geography included questions like Topography and etc...
Arithmetic included questions of percentage and ratios ( very tricky as time was very limited )
General knowledge was also very tough and that was not very simple as who is the foreign minister of Pakistan, but very tough questions were given.
Psychology included shapes like aptitude test.
Case studies included questions to be decided by the candidate, i am here giving you one example which came in the test.

Case: We have a plot of 4000 square feet for the College building. We have to develope Chemistry, Physics, Computer, English, Sindhi, Urdu and Biology Department in the Building. The architecture suggests us to place Biology on first floor, Chemistry on second floor, Urdu on third floor, and so on....

A: If Chemistry comes on second floor, Biology has to be placed on 4th floor, English to be placed 3 floor and etc....
B:If.......
C.........
Like these..................

Regards
