Default Employees of Autonomous Organizations with BPS
AA.
I am a regular employee (BPS-17) of a Federal Government Autonomous Organization having BPS structure. Now I have been appointed thru FPSC in BPS-17 as a Civil Servant. The question is whether basic pay of the employees of Autonomous Bodies is protected when they join Civil Service through proper channel?
Waiting for ur expert opinions.

it is confirmed that the pay protection and service period is secured for the regular employees of autonomous bodies having BPS structure only.

What exactly is this proper channel? For employees of autonomous bodies more specifically.
The DPC contains a clause which requires an undertaking that the applying candidate is not an employees of an autonomous body. So I applied without attaching the form with my application and mentioned "autonomous" myself in one of the tables inquiring about my job type. The option for autonomous bodies itself was missing in the application form.
This meant that I'm not eligible for the age relaxation, but if I'm not afforded preservation of my BPS based pay, then having to pay so heavily for being a civil servant of a nominally autonomous body seems very unfair.

Please koi problem solve kr dein..
Main Federal Govt. Department (Pakistan Post Office) main bator Post Clerk (BPS-09) 4 years 5 month Service kr ne k bad through proper channel apply kr k aur Relieve kr k District and Session Court main (BPS-13) main appoint hua aur District and Session Judge ne meri old service book per hi mujhe appoint kia mera tmam record check kia .. Personal File, Service Book etc. or ok kia per District Account office wale meri Service Count nahi kr rahe kehte hain aap Federal Govt. Se Punjab Govt. main aaye hain aap ki service count nahi ho sakti. Kindly koi Service Count Rules to Send kr de koi notification etc..

Default Could I apply any where without NOC.
Kindly tell me that I am the employee of Government Pakistan since 2 years but now I want to apply for the post of BPS-17 in Sindh Government but I don't want to apply through proper channel it is possible to apply without NOC because no any kind of BOND signed in present Department, and does no objection may take provisional department if i don't apply through proper channel Now I am under the 28 Age.

My Status on Pay Slip Shown ACTIVE TEMPORARY but I am the Permanent Employee Because I have been Completed one year probation period. now my service has counted 2 years 8 Month in FBR.

What Should I do now and what is the best way for me.
