AOA,
dears i want to know that if some one is in govt organization,it is always necessary to apply through proper channel or some one have certain benefit for doing so.Also please tell me what are various benefits.

the previous service will counted >
The previous continious allowences will be given as some allownces are reezed can not be given to freh appointee>
you can back to your parent department within three years on lien

yes the above member has written all correct benefits wich one can get by applying through proper channel.In case u are gov servant and you dont apply through proper channel then after joining the new service, your previous service will not be counted at all and the allowances which one gets will not be added in the new pay level.

Further to the benefits of pay and allowances, you would have an edge at the time of promotion to the next grade owing to inclusion of previous services. Secondly, you could be easily got the Release Letter from your parent department without any delay/difficulty because while applying through proper channel, you are getting some kind of an NOC from your parent department for shifting your job to another department/organization.

Default No benefit for seniority
@ Mao Zedong

applying through proper channel has nothing to do with your promotion as new placement entitles you new seniority unless you return back to parent department. Anyhow benefits of service count and allowances are there. And this is a known facts that department heads are much resistant to proceed such applications.

Can i take your words as that some time it is difficult to get NOC from parent dep Head,also if some one shift to other through proper channel,then continuity of service exist or terminated,and is counted from beginning.Thanks

I've been working for 1 year and nine month in health department of provincial govt. as 17 grade officer. When i'll be joining the CSA inshallah, will I be entitled to larger sum in shape of basic pay than my other fresh colleagues?? I mean the increments and other additions to the basic pay will be counted there at CSA??
Further, as u have earlier mentioned that previous service is also counted, please acquaint me about how that would prove to be a benefit for us?

I refer the promotion benefits, while applying through proper channel, for any Govt. job in general. Although, a CSP could not be benefited by his/her previous services and such promotions will have been based upon his/her services after being joined as a CSP.

Default confusing question
In case if a person applies for some job at a time when he/she is not a govt servant and applies as a fresh candidate but meanwhile he/she gets another govt job and start working there.After getting allowances and all that,if he/she gets a letter for selection in the previous place where he/she applied before as a fresh candidate then what would be the case?
Shortly would he/she get the benefits and allowances of the previous job?(when proper channel was not used as at that time he/she was the fresh candidate)

Benefits will be the same i.e. you service will be counted and your allowances and increments that are relevant will also be counted. However, you must inform FPSC as soon as you get the govt. job cuz they'll then send you a departmental permission form and you can get it signed and return.
I know this because my case was similar.
