Dear forum fellows hope u all b fine. i m going to open a new thread relating to law and those who are applying for the exams of ADPP. All are requested to join me and discuss abt law so that v will b able to clear our concepts.

if v want to enhance the sentence which remedy is available to us??

Q # 2: If we want to appeal against acquittal what will we do??

the remedy is revision

we will file an appeal under section 417 of crpc in high court

bro, he is asking about enhancement of punishment.... then you will have to answer according to criminal procedure... pleading etc etc is immaterial
