Dear forum fellows hope u all b fine. i m going to open a new thread relating to law and those who are applying for the exams of ADPP. All are requested to join me and discuss abt law so that v will b able to clear our concepts.

bro, he is asking about enhancement of punishment.... then you will have to answer according to criminal procedure... pleading etc etc is immaterial
