I dont think that any engineer whose interview was conducted in September got the appointment letter specially for the post of billing engineer/chemical engineer...if i am wrong please correct me

Well as far as I know, no engineer has yet received that appointment letter. They would be dispatched in a few days. So lets just pray for every1!
