1)What is the shortlisting criteria? Do they take in account, Matric/FSc/Bachelors/Masters marks too while finalizing pre-interview score?
2)When will interviews start?

I have known that the candidates who are not been allocated in CSS will be given preference.
Degrees would not be preference after test.Degrees were checked for shortlisting only.Now Test score, psychology and interview scores would be given value for selection.

a lot of people seem to have scored more than 60, will they call everyone, are you sure?

No dear.
After giving specified weightage to academic marks and test marks a final merit will be made and top candidates will be called for interview based upon the available seats. ( if there is no special considerration for this post)
