dear all aspirants...those who secured 50 or above 50 are surely be called for next step...but as regards 40 or above there are less chances for it...

dear sahikh sahb how could u say this?? and if there is no psychological test will the candidates be called yet?? and what is next step?? is it psychological test or penal interview?? and who is going to conduct psychological test or penal interview??
