i have almost completed 7 years in government service. where can i get books for specialized papers? and is there any website with the material/guideline for this exam?

No. Provincial employees are not eligible for Section Officers Promotional Exams conducted by FPSC.

Dear sir, anyone who still has 24 years of service left to his credit, and if selected as SO, is there a chance that he can make it to JS ( grade 20). my friend in 36 and was selected in the 2010 exam. he will be considered in the DPC this month.. can he retire as JS with 24 yrs of service to put in .. he will get 18 this month..
