Yesterday They called me on the my cell No and today I also received their letter along with their initial application form via TCS.

it means our test was not upto the mark thats why we are not shortlisted....by the way can we ask HR about our result status?

Yes I appeared there on October 8. First they took an IQ test consisting if missing numbers, number series, analogies, and english words and then personality traits test that was just ticking different personality characteristics of yours on a sheet in the value range of 1---5. Then interview was conducted that was normal one and they asked me questions like Glass ceiling effect, virtual office, difference b/w management and administration, etc

There were 19 candidates shortlisted for interview.

oh...it means among 600 only 18 very tough competition...and btw how many seats are there?
