yes i m sure, because state life is about to establish new zones (kohat n AJK) + lots of ppl r getting retired.... so they need lots of ppl....... there is also another factor for this huge hiring, there was a ban of 10, 15 years for new hiring on executive posts, imposed by ministry of commerce, that's y this huge vacuum was created.... 6 months ago they hired similar # of ppl, so u can imagine the shortage of staff they r facing @ the moment....
