After the result of written test they will call you for a psychological test. This contains personality related questions, drawing 2-3 pics, writing story about a pic shown to you for some time. The key for the test is to be positive, optimistic and show constructive approach in answering questions and writing stories. The questions do not have correct or wrong option it only judge your attitude towards certain situations.
Then you be called for psychological interview which is also same to the test. Same approach is needed here. Be confident and calm.
Then technical interview will be conducted. Which is a panel interview consisting of 5-6 people. But if you have basic knowledge of your field you will easily pass it.
Then you will be called for docs submission, if selected.
Then a security clearance form will be sent at your address. You have to get clearance form police station and some other formalities. After completing the proforma you submit it at SUPARCO.
Then your security clearance starts. Different agencies will visit at your address and confirm the data provided by you. After verification you will be sent an offer letter.
This whole process will take 6-8 months as security clearance takes 5-6 months.

thanks .. so when will they call for psy test ? and when will the psy interview ? i mean normally how many days of gap is in between.

then after how many days of psy test do they call for final techinical interview ?

also the result was announced on monday no call till today .. how long in general do they take to respond ?

where will be the intervs conducted for thos who took test in islamabd ?

the reason for asking these questions is that i am already doing a job in private firm .. and in the past few days i have not been so puncutual because first i had an emergency so i have to go to my village and i took few days leave .. then i have quite a few tests and interviews for jobs for which i hve either to take half day leave or full leave.. and my employeer is i think firing me so i am just tense .. on one hand not to miss this oppurtunity at suparco and at the same time the little odd job due to which i am able to eat two times meal..

also does they psychological test has marks ?
how should i prepare for it ..
any book any other material ..

10-15 days for the psy test, normally updates are available on the website, not sure about psy inbterview may be same day as of test or may be after a week, after one month will be called for docs submission and interview, after 20-25 days you will receive clearance proforma, after submitting it agencies will visit you. This will take 3-6 months depending upon the addresses of your past residences as they will check each address where you lived and confirm character from police station. After receiving clearance they will send you offer letter if you accept that you will be asked for the medical fitness certificate.

Nothing special for the psy test as i mentioned earlier just be optimistic but if you needed some guidance just follow any book for prep of ISSB tests.

Yr kindly tell me if i am not available on their required date of psycological interview then they will change that date or not???

actually i have exam from 9th to 13th august :-(

Interviews at karachi centre will start from 10th sep.

do study transformers, cable size for earthing a transformer, ACBs, VCBs, UVT, motorized circuit breakers, relays, generators, Deep sea modules fuses
HVAC Engineers
do study about chillers, screw compressors, water balancing, GPM, condensors, expansion valve, water dosing, water testing etc

Have you got call for technical interview? I am in the admin category but have not received any call for technical interview yet. What is your center?

can anyone tell if the interviews for Karachi candidates for the post of AM are conducted or not ? (for the test held on 23 august ).
