Sorry, there are no previous papers. But I appeared in this test previously. A person with a little background in Government Department Administration can do successfully answer the Professional Part. Rest is English portion and Basic arithmetic that are simple for those who have experience of FPSC tests. The thing that troubled me was the Personnel Management as I couldn't find any suitable or precise material for it and in the test there were 8-12 questions about it.

one friend of mine was dissuading me to appear in on the same grounds as you mentioned i.e. personal managment... he did include public admn too. but i dont find public admn in the syllabus. if you appeared last time, what was your result.?

Mine was low merit. It was one seat and I was 5th They had to call 3 so sent me a letter of regret.

I will not dissuade you but persuade you to take this exam. Apart from getting selected, which relies heavily on a very good luck besides a very good preparation, this test will give you an idea about how professional tests are conducted, what questions are asked etc. This sort of knowledge is not really checked and examined in other general recruitment tests that only base upon English, Basic Arithmetic, General Knowledge etc. Only a person who loves to read and remember the voluminous books of rules and regulations of the Government can be successful. This will give you an idea about other posts like Administrative Officer (PMD).
