PARCO Test
 

Hi Guys,
Want to let you knw m also taking test this 15th at Avari and have same concerns regarding test format.

I called Parco head office and inquired them about the test pattern. I was told that the test will be based on GMAT exam.

Dear one of my friend was also shortlisted one year ago in POL (Pakistan Oilfields Limited). So I asked him about his test. So he said that in test i was asked about the following:

Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Principles of Management.
Span of Management (wide and narrow)
Organization structure.
Policy Statement.
etc.

I received Mail from Parco that Test is postponed which is held by Parco in Lahore. New date will be announced soon.
