i got interview call from parco at avari hotel on 22 mar 2013, i applied for IT trainee it was very obvious interview i mean just asked me about what you currently doing, about academic record, why you want to leave your current job. etc and also asked me about which location would be suitable for you multan or karachi

Default Advice Needed: Joining PARCO.
Hello Guyz..
Need your help regarding PARCO. I have just received a letter from PARCO that I have been selected for the MTO Test.

M a bit Confused.

I am Currently working at Bank Al Habib in the Risk Management Division. As a permanent employee.
Though the salary PARCO is offering is much better. But still I have some Issues to be cleared out.

1. PARCO does not confirm your employment after Training period of 2 years
2. Will be required to perform at Various departments.
3. They can terminate my contract as and when the feel like without giving any prior notice or reasons.

4. What is the Probability that we are selected for permanent employment after 2 years.
5. If anyone knows that what percentage of candidates have been given permanent post in the previous batches.

Dear Bhai,

My suggestion would be:

1) Take 10, 15 days leave from your current employer
2) Join PARCO
3) Get into their system
4) Smell HR & Management about MTO career Path
5) Analyse your current job with MTO, including future prospects of Growth
6) Take decision.

There's a problem with that..
Its just been a month that I have got my permanent posting after the training period.
I am not yet eligible for the annual leave.
Even if I am eligible and I do avail the leave, it wont leave a good impression on my seniors.
So I will be stuck up in the middle of nowhere.

Then take a day off from office, go to PARCO & discuss with the management regarding MTO's future prospects.... but do analyse & think hard before taking any decisions, because it might be a "Career Changing" decision........!!!

i am bit confuse too after read your test that you want to ask that you are selected for test? or you have been appointed as a managment trainee?
bro cuz today i also got a letter from parco that i have selected after an interview at avari hotel lahore on 22 march 2013. as for you are asking about reguralized of service i think that there is some chances that they can hire you as permanent but completing of sucessful training. However its not mentioned in the offer letter but hope for the best. as we know that its a great organization.you can send me text or call here (0**********)

Default I got job offerletter from parco today(MTO)
my interview held at lahore avari hotel and now i just sent my medical report further i shall report to MCR mid counntry refinery mahmood kot on 20 of may you can contact me through my email or face book my id is saqib_fayaz at yahoo dot com. and where are you from?
