SBT JAPAN Job.

I have my interview tomorrow for Business Development Executive in SBT JAPAN an autombile multinational.Can anyone guide me what sort of job is this ? Is SBT a good company in terms of career growth ? Any idea anyone what would be the salary for this post ?
