I was called for second interview two weeks ago. We were five candidates who were shortlisted for second and final interview. VC of university conducted our interviews. It was a general chit chat like your education, father's business, your post qualification experience etc.

On Monday I called them and inquired about final selection. The person on phone replied that only that candidate will receive offer letter who will be selected for that seat.

Now waiting for offer letter.......

By the grace of ALLAH I have got offer letter. I have been appointed as Junior Assistant-1 in IST. I have also got security clearance form along with appointment letter.

Now can any one please tell me how to get verification from POLICE STATION. How much time it will take to get cleared? And where is this special branch from where I also have to verify my forms?? I gave medical today at DHQ rawalpindi. They charged me Rs. 430 for all tests. Isn't it free for us?

i received test letter for space post depty assistant director for financial reporting sps 08 ,, on 27 march 2014,,,kindly guide towards test pattern seniors,,please help ,,,thanxxx

It depends upon how urgently they require a new person in a department. It wont take much time. Probably they will ask you to join within one week after getting offer letter. ( I joined within a week after getting offer letter).

In medical test they will just take blood and urine sample, X ray for chest etc. IST will tell you the place for medical test as it is written on a reference letter which will be received along with security clearance proforma and offer letter.
