Yes, it happens as I saw many people there being transfer from LHR to ISB / KHI or anywhere in Pakistan.

thanks... Can you please tell me further,,,is it possible to transfer job(Assistant Manager-Software) from karachi to lhr or isb?

I am not a SUPARCO Employee but worked with them as they were my client. So cant help you more than the info shared.
