Someone please help me in preparing FPSC Islamiyat Lecturer Test (i.e. preparation material, paper model and contents distribution etc.).

Yes. Education (Professional Test) include 30 questions: Areas of the questions will be the following:

Teaching Techniques and Methodology, Classroom Management and Discipline, Testing and Evaluation, Development of Education in Pakistan

B.ED is not necessary for lectureship posts but they would ask question from B.ED syllabi. "Lecturer Islamiat" by Jahangir Publishers is a good book for the aspirants of FPSC lectureship.
