You can take guidance from M. Handa's book of electrical engineering. Most of the subject related questions will be asked from it. 20 marks objective portion will consist of English(sentence correction/completion, synonyms and antonyms). Prepare the subject related topics given in syllabus. Paper will be MCQ's type.

I have seen the syllabus and its mainly power related. I have not read power in UG. Can u plz guide me how to prepare in this scenario plz any helping material etc

Dear just study your electrical books. FPSC do not follow the syllabus they put up. They just pick uo random questions from random books related to electrical engineering. Your safest bet is to buy the book the above commenter has mentioned and to study topics of electrical engineering.
I my self did not give electrical engineering exam mine was civil and the syllabus they had given was not followed and that actually ruined my test.
