Dear members plz suggest books for the following,

1-Drafting of Legal Agreements, Partnership Deeds, Arbitration Awards and Contracts,
2-Local Government Ordinance 2001,High Court Rules and Orders
3- Law Department Manual
4- Manual of Civil Servants Act, including Punjab Services Tribunal Act, Punjab Employees Efficiency, Discipline and Accountability Act, 2006.

Is there any guide or helping book available in the market for above mentioned acts???I have to prepare proper questions of these acts. and what type of questions should be prepared regarding drafting etc???

I need speedy response and seniors plz your suggestions are required.
