I haven't applied for this job though but I think you need to cover GK, IQ, Maths and English.

I think paper will b descrptive and as well as objective like minstry of defense becase 3 hours time allowed

Test was easy
Questions related to Basic MS Office (Word, Excel & powepoint) operations e.g. CTRL + X, Spell check & F5 etc

Questions related to BISP
i.e BISP was initiated in October 2008.
