Brother I had an idea of the range of Roll Nos of HR officers therefore I searched all these roll nos on the nts website. I have no idea regarding cut off marks. But scores in Engineering tests are relatively high so cut off marks might be 60 or even 65 depending on the number of seats. For HR it can be 60 or 55 keeping in view the above mentioned 50 scores.
