Default Over qualified?????
hello people.i need some serious help.i has applied for suparco.but i shifted to another place and someone from here guided me to call them and ask about the status.i Called them and got this bad news that i am not going to get a call letter for test because i am "OVER QUALIFIED"...the minimum education needed for the post of AM(admin) was 16 years of education.i have done MS.i thought education more than minimum is an advantage!but i was wrong .what the hell is this actually.does this generally happen!??? and next time while applying anywhere should i not mention my MS degree!????

I think u should not mention your MS degree where 16 year education is demanded.. MS degree will have preference i think only in educational institutes. or only where it is mention.
