need FPSC interview prepartion
 

Dear members of this prestigious forum request to provide explict direction for FPSC interview prepartion.

I have qualified written test for the post of PROGRESS OFFICER in Ministry of petroleum and mineral resources/geological survey of pakistan. Now, Interview is expected soon hence want to know, which areas should I do study for interview?

And please provide; nature of this above said position? What are perks and benefits? what would be salary? Chances of promotion? Field or office work?

If a member of this forum is serving in ministry of petroleum or have knowledge of this ministry, kindly share answer of aforementioned text.

If a candidate has appeared in previous three months before the fpsc panal so please share with us his/her whole exprience of interview.

I dont know about this progress officer. Salary for this job will be according to the scale defined by FPSC. If it is 17 scale job then basic salary would be 16000-1200-40000. If it is BPS 16 then basic salary would be less than this. And other perks and privileges and allowances will be given in addition to basic salary. For interview, if you are from Balochistan they can ask you about the problems of Balochistan , their reasons and solutions. They can ask you job related questions, nature and scope of job and what duties you are required to perform. If you are currently doing any job or study then they can ask you about that. Kindly visit Ministry of petroleum and mineral resources/geological survey of Pakistan website and Google it to get info from Wikipedia.Gather basic info about these two departments and leave the rest on Allah.
