That's my opinion though.
It means they do not tell the selected candidates till security clearance of selected+waiting is completed.

Sort of,yeah. But in my case, after three security clearances I received the letter of appointment. And 4th security clearance happened after receiving the offer letter.

In a similar organization, as far as I know, only three departments are sent security forms for security clearance.
Anyway, did they require notable personality of area etc.

Yes. Contact info of notable personality of area is also a requirement.

salam brother, congrats, i want to ask that psychological test is held after interview or before interview, candidates which are called for interview will also be called for psychological test or there is another criteria for psychological test?
