I also received application confirmation message from FPSC.Here is the syllabus for the post of National Savings Officer (BPS-17)
Part-I
Vocabulary, Grammar Usage, Sentence Structuring
Part-II
 Functions of National Savings Organization
 Economics theories/Economics Development
 Management theories/concepts and quantitative
Analysis
 Central Banking
 Public Finance
 Monetary Policy

No need to worry about, fpsc send it to some candidates, not to all....and there isn't any speciality to receive it but they are randomly send it to some aspirants. Forget it and concentrate on your study.
