My younger brother appeared in this test and he got 62 in AD. Domicile is of Sindh Rural and he is CA Finalist (1 year experience after completing article-ship of 4 years from one of the top five firms: Grant Thorton). Any chances ?

The candidates having no relevant experience in case of dd and ad shall be rejected

Yes. They will prefer relevant experience but they never mentioned disqualification or outright rejection for those who don't have any relevant experience. Otherwise they would have mentioned it in the eligibility criterion and not as a side note.

It is wrong altogether to say that the candidates without any experience 'll be rejected. Preference doesn't mean that rest of them going to be rejected. All candidates fall equally in the merit except they prove themselves extraordinary.
