It seems you can't apply for this. These vacancies are announced every year so you can apply next year.

i did B.E in telecom habing cgpa 2.46 on scale of 4.0 , i m just 0.04 behind from 2.5 which is required for the above posts in pak army. plz tell me will i be given that little relaxation or any favour. if yes plz guide me what should i do for that, plz i m very much willing to go in army as captain.

if gpa is below 2.5 but there is no other grade C in entire career then one is eligible or not?

Here is Ineligibility Criteria:

1. “Not Recommended” twice by ISSB/GHQ Selection Board.

2. Declared medically unfit by concerned CMH / Appeal Medical Board.

c3 Enrolled cadets and recruits withdrawn/resigned/discharged/ dismissed from Armed Forces (Army, Navy and& Air Force) training academies/institutions on the grounds of discipline, character, medical, inefficiency, weak profile, own request or declared unsuitable.

4. An individual dismissed/removed from any other government service.

5. Convicted by a Court of Law for an offence involving moral turpitude.

I think you must posses GPA more than 2.5. But you can confirm by sending an Email to the Official webmaster of Pakistan Army.
