the height of selfishness lies here in 114NGD. The candidates which are waiting for the interview are asking about the interview experience but no one is helping them. I know half of the candidates which had their interview in last two days but dont know why they are so quite.. I request all those candidates to please be mature and help the other candidates. I assure that it will not effect their selection. So sad..

But still I will pray for all those who have already appeared in the Final interview. Only one friend who was from RWP shared his experience. |

for legal candidates
i applied in non GD 110 batch and successfully completed all tests.
i share what i remember regarding interview. first of all the head of the panel asked personal introductory questions like: where r u from? about family members, acadmic questions, why do u wanna join PAF? why u chose advocacy? there is lot of charm in advocacy then y PAF? then i was handed over to subject specialist. he asked some conceptual questions from Constitution, Cr.P.C, QSO, and some Civil related questions? then the other one asked some questions relating to current affairs like what is the major issue in Pakistan how can we solve it that's all i remember it's almost two years ago when i appeared before AHQ. Adnan Hanif Awan is the other one who appeared along with me he can also share his experience, if he wants we both completed all tests but could'nt make to the final merit list.0 |

yehi baat to na qaabile samaj hai PAF ki. If a person is recommended by the board then why ISSB? Either dont take the board interview and let the candidates to go through the ISSB or if you have recommend the candidate then there is no need of ISSB. :/

For candidates of Legal Branch
Hello everyone out there!!!!
I appeared before the interview panel on 28th of this month for 114 PAF, Non GD legal branch at Rawalpindi center. There were 8 candidates from different places for the legal branch who had been shortlisted for the final panel interview. AJK, PESHAWAR, DERA ISMAILKHAN, SIALKOT, GUJRAT AND RAWALPINDI's candidates were interviewed. Out of 8 people 5 have been recommended for CMB. By the Grace of Almighty I am among the candidates who have been recommended for CMB. I would like to share my interview experience with those who are yet to get through it. About the duration of interview, no one can predict how much time its going to take. It depends upon the candidate and his performance over there that how he tackles the questions being asked by the panel. When I entered, the head of the Panel interview asked me about some introductory questions including my academic career, family, place of birth as well as asked about my interest in games/sports. Then the legal specialist asked me questions related to law pertaining to the procedure and substantive law. Questions by a female member of the Panel were asked regarding the current situation and resources in Pakistan which are yet to be exploited, the similarities between the youth of USA and Pakistan. And last but not the least, the 4th member asked about the expectations from this job. P.S all this happened in a friendly environment. |
