Exclamation Queries about SSG(N) through Short Service Commmision 2015-B

AoA everyone. I hope everyone on this forum is in the best of their health. I have my ISSB for SSGN through SSC NAVY in November iA. I have a few queries that need to be answered. I hope and expect all my fellow Seniors/forum members to guide/help me out with quenching my curiosity.

1) What is the training procedure for SSGN through SSC in PNA and beyond? (I ask this in particular because i have heard the requisite for SSG everywhere is 3 years of Military service yet SSC NAVY 2015-B has direct induction)

2) Does SSGN Cadets through SSC have the same responsibilities/duties as a SSGN Cadet from regular commission? (Some say they are responsible for the official duties of SSGN only. Personally, i am keen about the field work)

3) What is the career growth for Cadets that go through SSC? (I am all about taking challenges head on and a possibility for career growth will only make me work better and more efficient. I can imagine this is true for many aspirants of Pak Forces)

There is not much information regarding SSGN through SSC NAVY either on this forum or the internet. I hope if anyone has any questions regarding the said branch, they can post it here so that we can have a pool of information ready at everyone's disposal. Thank you very much

1. it is SSC, therefore training is 6 months. u must know good swimming. 3 years service in case of ssc is not applicable.
2. yes responsibilities etc are same as that of PNcadet. only difference is you will be direct captain (convert this rank in navy) in SSC. and SSG is no desk job rather than Field.
3. one can go upto the rank of maj.gen depending upon your abilities.
You can convert from a short service commission to a permanent commission, however the vice versa is not possible. This is one of the major advantages of a Short Service commission

Thank you for the comments Mr. Mahsud.
1) Do they get the SSGN badge after the 6 months basic training or do they have to fulfill more requisites for it?

2) i think the rank that the SSC Operations are getting is Ag SUB LT which converts in Lft. at Army.
