I couldnot come to know the exact reason except abt a candidate whose eyesight didnt match the required criteria i.e 6/6.

Interview took hardly 7 mints I think. He just asked my name etc and very general questions like why do u wanna join forces? Are you mentally prepared? etc

Interview was not so tough.There were two persons in interview panel one was commander and the other was female psychiatrist.18 candidates have cleared out of 24
