Could any one kindly explain instruction number 9 & 10 of public notice 3/2011..num 9 states that"commison ko ye ikhtyar ha k wo zyda application wasool hny ki soorat ma one paper test k through short listing kar sakta ha"n num 10"har Aasmi k liy interview mcq test lia jay ga ore is test k teht obtained marks mubdil kar k count kiy jain gy?
Does it mean is br mcq type paperz hon gy?kindly explain these two points

For AC and ASP, test is not MCQs based.

Post of ac has announced.wil posts of asp& section officer be Allocated on the basis of this exam.,?
