[B]Note:[/B]

a. All the papers shall be of 3 hours durations.

b. A candidate shall answer the paper in English or Urdu.

c. The object of the examination is to test the practical ability of the candidates rather than the arrange of their theoretical knowledge. For this purpose, the lind of questions that will be asked will be to give the fact of a typical case and ask the candidates to frame, issues, to write a judgment and to discuss the admissibility or evidence.

d. Credit will be given for the use of legal phraseology.

e. Name of the candidate who qualifies shall be arranged in order of merit according to the aggregate marks obtained in the examination.

f. No candidate will be call for viva voice test unless he obtains 33 percent marks in each paper and 45 percent marks in the aggregate combined total.

g. Failure or in absence from viva voce shall mean that the candidate has failed to qualify for appointment and his name will not be included in the merit list.

h. The viva cove will be to test the personal qualities of the candidates. The examination will be in matters of general interest and is intended to test the candidate’s alter need intelligence and smart outlook. Consideration will also be paid to the bearing and physical of the candidate.
