Yes u can do BA while studying MBBS ,and yes you can apply for GB civil sevice
But GB civil service is not routinely conducted .Itt is conducted after indefinite period of time may be 6 /7 year later ...at that time u will complete your MBBS and u are eligible on MBSS as wel

It was just my opinion. You need not get so angry or rude.
My comment was just aimed at the need for some improvements .
This forum has always appreciated freedom of speech and encouraged the members to express their views .
