Anyone knows the reason? Or more importantly, can we estimate when will this be solved?

The reason is issue over fixing Islamabad quota in FPSC recruitment. Don't know how long it will take to resolve though.

As per the website of IHC, the next date for hearing has been fixed on May 29th, 2018.
