Default No DMS of candidates post-interview?

Correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn't the candidates receive their DMS after their interviews have been conducted or preferably be displayed for all to see? Otherwise how can we determine the transparency of their final selection criteria?

And on a side note, funnily enough, no female candidate was deemed worthy of an open-merit seat for BPS-17 position in these competitive Exams. Just an observation.
