can anyone know about GB pcs exams....when will be they announce or shall it over?

after the 2009 GB empowerment and self governance order ,an issue of legality has surfaced and FPSC is reluctant to conduct GB competitive exams. . . on the other no structure of GB PCS is currently existing . . it will take months to settle the issue and decide which body will conduct the exam?
