Sharing my Interview Experience.

There are three officers in the panel,
First officer ,Head, ask me to introduce myself,then 10 min discussion on family and studies.

Then subject specialist asks me why you want to Join PAF and why you are not interested in private sector jobs or considering moving abroad there is alot of scope for you ?,

then subject specialist gave me a typical scenario of misappropriation of cash voucher and asked me to give evidence on how this fraud happened,
then asks me about PPRA.

Then third officer asks me following questions:
what irritates you?
Do you have anything to Regret in life?
Your favourite religious personality?
Do you have any girlfriend?

Then Head asks me questions about general knowledge:
ministers and governers of provinces, governer of State bank of Pakistan , capitals, geographical Borders of Pakistan, some quick math questions, like 4*47 , 80% of 80.

then finally told me to wait in the waiting room.

My personal Suggestions:
Just be yourself and do not lie,
Do not Over decorate your answer,
Do not make TUQQA about any question if you do not know the answer just say "sorry Sir I don't know" ,
and Do revise Basics of your Relevant subjects
And don't loose the nerves.

unfortunately declared unfit due to flat feet,good luck and good wishes to those who are fit and will have to go through cmb...

any body knows how to appeal appellate medical board,what is the procedure?
