this is mostest unfair... isnt it demoralizing that 3 months back there was a course induction only on the basis of psychological test and now there is the curse of whole ISSB(including GTO and command tasks and obstacles)?? till 117 there was only 20 weeks training and now when its our time to apply they have suddenly increased the training term to a whole one year?????

Yes it is bro . But what we can say..for those who failed in initial its opportunity and those who had not recommended in 117 like me is hell.coz I cant apply before 120 days of non recomendation

its not opportunity brother... its totally unfair that just 2 months back there was this whole process without all those hectic and extremely tough tasks of ISSB and now we the 118 ones are left to feel like we are the orphans

They will give some benefits to this batch. Bcoz from short commission you can convert it in long commission by giving issb after completion 3 years of service. In this case if u are already cleared the issb so it is possible they will give some easy opportunity to convert it into long

whats the point in conversion advantage when they have toughened the selection to extreme level.... whats the point in taking these tests when we are not going to have operational branches?? in easy words, when failure rate will increase then its useless that they ease the conversion policy
