Next SSC announcement date? Next SSC announcement date?

Default Next SSC announcement date?
can any one please tell when will be the next SSC announced? normally in which month it starts, i noticed that in 2016 it was in march and in august where as in 2015 it was in november.
Also can any one tell that is there no inbox feature on this forum as I am unable to find one.

PAF announce 2 SSC each year. One at the begining of the year and second in the last quater.
For inbox, you can click on the profile and than the message tab within that.

Is there any specific month or they are published randomly at any time and I am unable to find private message option in the profile, is there some kind of rule for the new users or something?
