What is the highest possible rank a csc spssc (engineering) officer can achieve. And can you also study during your duty. I mean do Paf provide you with a chance to do a Masters degree or do you serve with the BE degree you already have?

If your ssc is converted into PC then you can have rank upto group captain, during my talk with an ex-service man (paf), i got to know that one IT officer was able to go to the rank of air commodore from ssc after converting to PC (don't know what was criteria then).

Dont know about further education after getting job in PAF.
